Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! KnD On The Rocks carries full general and liquor liability insurance to cover our mobile bar services and staff during your event in Miami and South Florida.

Do you travel?

Yes! We are based in South Florida and travel to weddings and events throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. A $100 travel fee applies to all events. For events outside of Miami-Dade and Broward County we are still happy to accommodate — additional travel fees will apply based on the distance. Contact us for a custom quote!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your mobile bar service as soon as possible — peak wedding season in South Florida fills up fast! A 50% deposit secures your date.

How do I hire a professional bartender for a private party in South Florida?

Do you all provide alcohol?

No — we are a dry hire mobile bar service, which means we provide everything except the alcohol. You supply the alcohol and we handle everything else — professional bartenders, mixers, ice, setup, and full bar service. Two weeks before your event you'll receive our custom Alcohol Shopping Guide which tells you exactly what to buy for your guest count and menu selections.

What do you wear?

Our bartenders dress in all black — clean, professional, and camera ready. If your event has a theme or dress code we are happy to coordinate within reason. Just let us know in advance!

When is the remaining balance due?

Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. By the two week mark all RSVPs are back and your remaining balance will be adjusted based on your final guest count. You'll also receive your personalized Alcohol Shopping Guide at that time so you have everything you need for the big day!
